Q: What geographical areas do you serve?
A: We proudly provide balloon decor to the Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas spanning from Lumberton, NC to Raleigh, NC.
Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event setup dates and times are secured with a deposit or payment and are first come, first serve.
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
Q: Can you help me determine what decorations would be best for my event?
A: Of course! Lynn, the owner and lead sculptor of Party Perfect Balloons, will email or call you to learn more about your event. You will discuss color palettes, the size of the space, your budget, and any examples you have seen on the website that you like. This will allow her to recommend pieces that work best for you.
Q: Do I set up the balloons? Are the balloons delivered to my event?
A: It depends! For smaller orders, like centerpieces and candy bars, Lynn is happy to meet with you to drop off your sculpture. For large pieces (30 foot archways, for example) Lynn will personally create your sculpture at your event. In these cases, you get to watch the magic that usually goes on behind the scenes!
Q: How long will the balloons stay afloat?
A: Many airfield balloon designs can last weeks indoors! You can get plenty of photo ops during this time! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space. Helium filled balloons will float for at least 3 days. Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, cold, ec, effects the lifespan of the balloons.
Q: What do I do with the balloons when our event is done?
A: Many of our clients give away the sculptures to event attendees at the conclusion of their gatherings. You can also place them in your home or office as decorative pieces until they naturally lose their buoyancy. When the balloons start to look a little “sad”, simply drain them gas and throw away.
Every piece is unique to each customer and their event. Price is reflective of the size, balloon type, and balloon formation needed to achieve the desired look.

Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid online. We request payment in full before any work begins. Party Perfect Balloons uses PayPal, Cash App, debit cards, and credit cards.
For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand a check may need to be processed for payment.
